We offer a line of polyols, low-digestible carbohydrates derived from the hydrogenation of their sugar or syrup source.

Polyols or sugar alcohols are used as sugar replacers in food products, often in combination with high intensity sweeteners. They are reduced in calories, do not cause sudden increases in blood sugar levels and do not promote tooth decay.
